Mainland Chinese Investment

Mainland Chinese investment is regulated under cross-strait laws. If over 30% of a foreign company’s capital is mainland-funded, it is subject to additional review.

Currently, 408 sectors are open to mainland investors, including manufacturing, services, and infrastructure. Applications require detailed documentation and typically take at least three months to process.
